  1. Care & Use Tips

  • Cleaning guidance: For most items, a warm wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge is a great everyday clean. Rinse well and allow to fully dry before storing.
If your item is listed as dishwasher-safe, place it on the top rack and avoid harsh high-heat drying cycles where possible.

  • Storage tips: Store items in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Make sure everything is dehydrated before packing it away to help keep it fresh and ready for next use.

  • When to replace:

Replace an item if you notice:

    • cracks, tears, or thinning areas

    • loose parts or damage that affects normal use

    • changes in shape that don’t return after cleaning

    • persistent odours or marks that don’t improve with standard cleaning

For baby items, it’s always best to retire anything that no longer looks or feels “as it should.”

  1. FAQs

  • Is it dishwasher safe? Some of our silicone items are dishwasher-safe, but it can vary by product. Please check the product page or packaging for the recommended care. For longer-lasting results, gentle hand washing is always a safe choice.

  • Is it microwave/freezer safe? Many silicone products are freezer-safe, and some may be microwave-safe; however, this depends on the specific item. Always refer to the product details and use common-sense care (avoid direct heat sources, open flames, and overheating).

  • Will it stain? Silicone can occasionally stain when it comes into contact with strongly coloured foods (like tomato-based sauces, turmeric, or some berries). Washing soon after use can help reduce this. If staining happens, it’s typically cosmetic and doesn’t affect everyday use.

  • Is there a silicone smell at first? Sometimes, new silicone can have a light “new product” scent when first opened. This usually fades after a wash and a bit of airing out. Washing with warm, soapy water and allowing it to dry fully often helps.

  • What if something arrives faulty? If your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, contact us, and we’ll help sort it out. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve things quickly in line with our returns policy.
